Batching material at the surface is one option that has a minimal effect on other work being performed underground in the same area.  Our patented process of application has pumped material over one mile from the batching site on the surface to the point of application underground.

 

Underground batching is another method used by Gunite that is very useful when remote areas of the mine need work.  This process lends itself to the hard to access areas such as seals or old returns.
